Warranty Policy

At Anpabotoy, our goal is to make the warranty process clear, fair, and efficient, ensuring your child gets back to their adventures as quickly as possible.

1. Warranty Period

Our standard warranty covers manufacturing defects for a period of 6 months starting from the date of delivery.

2. What is Covered (Major Components)

The following core components are covered under our 6-month limited warranty:

• Motors
• Parental Remote Control
• Speed Controller / Main Board
• Charger
• Media Display / Dashboard Units

3. What is Excluded (Consumables & Misuse)

The warranty does not cover parts that are subject to normal wear and tear or faults caused by improper use. Exclusions include, but are not limited to:

• Wheels and Tires
• Upholstery and Materials (Seats, Handlebars)
• Lights and Bulbs
• USB and Auxiliary Input Ports
• Batteries: Covered by a limited 30-day warranty (proper charging maintenance is required).

4. General Exclusions

Our warranty does not apply to issues arising from:

• Incorrect assembly or failure to follow the user manual.
• Storage in cold, humid, or damp environments (which can cause electrical damage).
• Exceeding the specified maximum weight limit.
• Water intrusion, exposure to rain, or immersion in water.
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
• Accidental damage, misuse, or intentional vandalism.

5. Our Warranty Process

We aim to resolve issues in the most sustainable and fastest way:

1. Troubleshooting: Contact our team at anpabotoy.service@gmail.com with your order number and photos/videos of the issue.
2. Replacement Parts: In most cases, we will ship free replacement parts and provide guidance for the repair. This is the fastest way to get the toy running again.
3. Product Replacement: If the fault cannot be resolved by replacement parts, we will offer a replacement unit or a similar product of equal value.

6. Important Terms

• Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order number or receipt to claim the warranty.
• Non-Transferable: This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
• Return Approval: Do not return any product without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
